Yonatan Silverman had been translating my articles in Maariv from Hebrew to English (I hope "they" pay him well for the suffering involved), and the "Middle East Facts Weblog" posted the latest translation. It's about Fort Hood, and if you're interested, it's here.

And one more "about me" nugget. If you read Hebrew, and want to know what's a "Rosner Trap" - click here (mysterious? you'll have to break your teeth or have someone translate it for you).

You raise an important issued; this could have been prevented save for an intelligence failure. And it wasn't a failure in the sense of not looking for or having information; if one is to believe the news reports, enough was known to intervene. The people it was given to decided Hasan's activity didn't fit "the concept" they were expecting. I was a solder 21 years and the dead are in that way brothers, but this is a small incident. After all, we Americans kill tens of thousands of our fellows every year. But maybe, if some eyes are opened, it will teach us something we here need to know.

#1 Great damage control from another warped mind who rationalises this blatant act of terrorism which was clearly the bidding of Hasan's Islamist heart and soul. Only a moron would class this as "a small incident" and then go on to state, tongue in cheek,"after all we Americans kill tens.... every year" Islam programs every muslim as a potential Jihadist and no amount of whitewash can deny this undeniable fact.

"Islamic terror" at Fort Hood? Give me a break. It was a lone muslim man who strayed into extremism and snapped. Shit like that happens in the US once a week, see the term "Going Postal". True, he propably flipped out over religious conflict in his soul, but a terrorist? It would make the fraggers in Vietnam terrorists as well. Thousands and thousands of muslims serve with the allied forces in both Afghanistan and Iraq. These deserve some respect.

#3,like I said "Islam programs every muslim as a potential Jihadist and no amount of whitewash can deny this undeniable fact" Your post's attempt to "whitewash" this blatant act of murder. The Jihadist oath sworn to murder "infidels" in the "name of their Alla" is nothing short of terrorism. Your attempt to whitewash the "Shit" (description aptly provided by you) that happens by Jihadists, just doesn't "wash" Perhaps Norway.does not mind the stench of this "Shit"

Mike Feldman, Canada: lydia. I understand you took a couple of days off to go on de-tox. It obviously didnt work. You're still full of it.
Mike Feldman, Canada: #54 Duncan Lennox. Curious hypothetical for you to quote. In all your previous blogs you denied that the Battle of Jericho per the Book of Joshua ever happened. Now you quote results of attitudes towards the battle. I'm looking forward to your review of the movie "2012, now playing in a theater near you.
Mike Feldman, Canada: #22. Let me give you what may appear to be a facetious contradiction to your post. Let's say my religion advocates killing my daughter because she wants to change her religion? Does that mean that I am not subject to secular punishment? The separation of Church and State was devised so that the state could not legislate religion. It was never intended to place religion above the common laws whcih are intended to protect the human rights of the citizens.
