Rosner's Domain: Jewish New Yorkers back Giuliani for 2010 Senate seatPosted by SHMUEL ROSNER
Comments: 33 Follow Rosner's Domain on Twitter! / Join me on Facebook! If reports and rumors contending that Rudy will be running for a Senate seat in 2010 prove right - how will Jewish New Yorkers vote? Here's one answer: Gillibrand the Democrat: 39% Giuliani the Republican: 52% Unsure: 9%
1 | Terry - Eilat, Israel, Friday Nov 20, 2009
2010 may very well turn into a major defeat for Democrats everywhere so why should New York be any different? With the upcoming mess in the incredibly bad decision to try terrorists in New York, imagine what effect a terrorist attack will have on the electorate - NY becomes a target again because of Obama & his politically motivated & otherwise totally stupid decision. I think a lot of American Jews are re-thinking their support for Obama anyway, exception made for many leaders whose careers are closely linked to the Democratic Party & who no longer represent majority Jewish opinion.
2 | Mike Feldman, Canada, Friday Nov 20, 2009
Rudy polled very well with the Jewish vote as mayor. As mentioned above the trials of the 9/11 terrorists could bring back many bads memories, but many good memories of Guiliani. However, this post pits Guiliani vs. Gillibrand. It was my thinking that Andrew Cuomo, the State Attorney General was a strong possiblity on the Democrat side. I think the poll numbers of Guiliani vs. Cuomo might be quite different.
3 | Mike Feldman, Canada, Friday Nov 20, 2009
Retraction of #2. I blogged too quickly. I had assumed that the subject was Guiliani for Governor. Given the current situation in Washington he can probably win the Senate seat with the general vote and a strong showing within the Jewish vote will only help.

#Terry, Is Obama politically motivated? Yes : Is heStupid? No : Is NY a target again? Yes : Is trying terrorists in NY a bad decision? Yes and No. It's Bad for America,Good for Islam An attack on NY
lies in the broader picture of the Islam agenda and as POTUS self confessed to be of muslim heritage
he's up to his eyeballs into Islam and he no stupido,he knows the score and the ramifications, if it suits
Islam it suits Obama.

Here is one New Yorker voting for Gillibrand
6 | Mark Jeffery Koch Cherry Hill, NJ USA, Saturday Nov 21, 2009
Why are we as Jews supposed to be thankful for the support of right wing extremists like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck and support the candidacy of Rudolph Guliani, who except for his performance on 911, was becoming more and more reviled by New Yorkers? If the only way we can support Israel is to ally ourselves with white, right wing racists and bigots who also support Israel then we are in very bad company. I support Israel but do not welcome and do not want the support of right wing white extremists who also support Israel. Israel can do a lot better without them.

Go Republican Giulliani!
8 | Jae US, Sunday Nov 22, 2009
6. get off your high chair and look around you. how about the democrat president who says Jews cant live in Jerusalem- gilo, french hill, etc.?
perhaps your stereotypes are clouding your judgement? be a critical thinker, not a knee jerk team democrat supporter.
obamas plan: 8 mile wide israel, etc
9 | Moshe - Jerusalem, Sunday Nov 22, 2009
Giuliani for Senate - That would be wonderful for New York, The USA and Israel. A great leader
10 | DavidM, Sunday Nov 22, 2009
Once Rudy Giulliani announces for senate look for the New York Times to slime him because of his support for Israel. There will be a daily Times op ed piece written by people like Richard Goldstone, Jimmy Carter, and Roger Cohen accusing Guilliani of being too pro-Israel and endangering U.S. relations with oil producing countries. The Times news staff will rehash his divorce case which they never do with a candidate they admire. This is going to be a vicious campaign.

Could the Jews in NYC actually be waking up to the Obamination disaster? I will believe it when I see it. With those terrorists in NYC they will NEED Giuliani to once again take control of picking up the pieces of the next big attack. #6 Regarding Glenn Beck-guess the truth hurts. He was right about Van Johnson & Anita Dunn and everything else he has said. Why point out that Limbaugh Beck and Hannity are white? You're the racist. With no connection to Israel Giuliani made NYC one of the safest big cities in the US. Why would the Jews or any New Yorkers except drug dealers revile him for that?
12 | Jacob, NY, Sunday Nov 22, 2009
Go Rudy Go.
We of Jewish heritage are behind you.
The DEMS are traitors.
13 | Cry, Sunday Nov 22, 2009
It was nothing less then an American tragedy that Giuliani did not become President. No living American politician has his record of what can almost be described as miraculous political competance and achievement- and that is when totally discounting 9/11. If he wishes to run for the Senate, that's great, but immediately after getting elected he should start considering for the only alternative that may save America from the disaster of Obama and the Democrats on one side- and the far lunatic fringe Right which controls the Republican nominating process - and run as an independent Third Party.

To #6 Mark Jeffery Koch Cherry Hill, NJ USA. Mark, you must be one of those mindless robots that always vote Democrat regardless if is detrimental to your Interest or even your survival. I have a friend with your mentality & he too is selectively blind like you are. I feel as frustrated at your flawed perception as I do for his. Do you really think that Beck, Hannity & Limbaugh are radicals because they dare to expose the truth and therefore rock Obama's boat? Mark, you need to take a closer look at Barack Obama and his czars because those kooks are extremely radical and very scary.

It looked for a time that Mark J. Koch was actually talking common sense. He once blamed his boyfriend Obama for the anti-Israel policies of this administration, not - surprisingly enough - Israel. But I guess it was a patriot humorously using our little feigele's name because it is obvious Markie is back to his old tricks - and lies.
I hope that if Markie gets Cancer and has to go to a community health clinic because his HMO is out of business or will not provide the services he needs, he'll go crying to Obie and Gillicrook, because he obviously doesn't care about Israel.

Giuliani is the most overrated politician in my lifetime. He is mean-spirited and highly controvertial. Mistreating minority groups, surrounded by sychophants, he appointed recently convicted Bernard Kerik, as his police commissioner, laughable to police professionals. Much of the credit he gets is undeserved. Current Police Commisioner Raymond Kelly, when previously appointed by a lackluster Mayor David Dinkins, initiated the police programs that reduced crime. Giuliani got all the credit. The American public rejected him for President. NY should reject Giuliani for the US Senate.

I agree with #14 Re No #6. Mark, you are conditioned like a Pavlovian dog to pull the Democratic lever irrespective of the candidate's qualifications, or lack of. You lunch a totally unfounded attack on Hannity, Beck, Limbaugh and O'Reilly. I yet to hear one racist word from any of them. Moreover, they are philo-Semites and true Americans. This is more than one can say about Obama, Wright, Jackson, and Sharpton. They are not only anti-Semites, but anti-American. As the NJ elections confirm, Jews are waking up and see through the annoited one. 2010 will be a good year for Jews and America.

"2010 will be a good year for Jews and America."
If we get to that with Obama diligently working on destroying both USA and Israel. And do not forget about Jewish and non-Jewish idiots like Mark Jeffery Koch.
My personal hope is that Obama who never had a full time job in his life will get tired of playing POTUS and quits.
22 | George , Houston, Monday Nov 23, 2009
Let me get this straight....The same dumb New York Jews who overwhelmingly voted for Obama are going to vote for Giuliani?
23 | Mike Feldman, Canada, Monday Nov 23, 2009
#6. Mark. Getting Obama elected was part of a right-wing conspriracy to destroy the Democratic Party. It looks like the plan is ahead of schedule.
24 | Brian, Tel Aviv, Israel, Monday Nov 23, 2009
#17 Obama is the most over rated politician in history, I lived in NYC prior to Giuliani, and during his mayorship, within one year of him being Mayor, the changes in the city were just astonishing, he destroyed corruption, and crime, and made NYC safe and prosperous, those of us who remember the pre Giuliani days know he is probably one of the most underrated politicians in our nation, you have no idea what your talking about. He is the only politician in my lifetime I ever saw do what he said he would, or anything at all for that matter. I am a registered Independent.

CHOICE THE RNC WILL HAVE TO DO,WE MAY FIX A FEW THINGS MUCH MORE EFFECIENTLY THAN TOTAL REQUESSTIMATION,FROM ISRAEL`S STANDPOINT, IF YOU HAVE A GIANT ALLY KEEPING LID ON ALLOUT CHAOS,THEN ITS ESSENTIAL TO WORK TOGETHER,SUPPORT AND PROTECT EACH OTHER AS BEST WE CAN,IF U.S. FALTERS IT`LL GET OUTTA HAND VERY QUICKLY,DO SOME HOMEWORK MAN,ITS BARELY UNDER CONTROL AND NOT IMPROVING.NO 2 CLASS SOLUTION HERE.GO FREEDOM.

# 23 Mike Feldman - "Getting Obama elected was part of a right-wing conspriracy to destroy the Democratic Party." This is the most ridiculous bit of paranoid baffoonary I're read lately. Go back on your meds Mike. # 6 Mark - don't let the neo-cons get you down. I think you quite correct. One who lies with dogs can expect to get fleas.
27 | Mike Feldman, Canada, Monday Nov 23, 2009
The other Bob. You kinda nailed yourself with that blog. Classic left wing sucking and blowing. Paranoid and baffoonery (buffoonery) don't exactly belong in the same sentence. Don't take yourself so seriously. I was poking fun at Mark, while referring (sarcastically) to the left-wings penchant (see Hilary and Bill Clinton) for accusing right-wing conspiracies for everything that ails America. Now, I guess your either a left-wing Democrat or a neo-con. My guess is a lot more meds are consumed on the left than one the right. Maybe they should come up with a get a life pill.

For Elisha Gurfein,
Bud, is your real name Mohammed? I have a feeling it is, because if you want to reject Giuliani, who are you going to vote for? That bimbo robot Gillibrand? Heck, for someone who claimed she's a "blue dog" she's goosestepped right in line with Barry's policies lock stock and barrel. As for Kerik, yeah he tarnished a good record, so what? He's still a guy I'd want to protect me, especially since your fellow Muslim Khalid Sheikh Mo is going to be living right next door to you, bozo brain.
29 | John Reilly San Diego, Tuesday Nov 24, 2009
Rudy won't run.
He already served two defining terms as Mayor, he has nothing left to prove,
and does not desire to serve as 1 of 100 Senators and do grunt work.
He is making a bundle in the Private Sector.
And the whole Bernie Kerik affair will be like an albatross around his neck.
And no, he won't run for President again either.

You need to wonder when the Jewish leftists who remain in thrall to the socialist/communist affiliations of their parents or grandparents will recognize that their interests now diverge from the ideology they champion, and that the leftists are the miasma of virulent anti-Semitism in the U.S. Such leftist icons as black liberation theologist, anti-American, anti-white, anti-Semitic Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Obama's chosen avuncular friend and mentor for more than 20 years, and other such worthies are in the forefront of the drive to destroy Israel. Obama champions ceding Israel land to destroy it.

#26, the other baffoon.Stop scratching your balls, it makes your post itchy. And serves you right for lifting lydia's skirt. As you so cleverly and elequently describe your trysts "One who lies with dogs can expect to get fleas and scratch, scratch, scratch" Happy scratching. Enjoy.
32 | Arthur, Miami-Florida, Tuesday Nov 24, 2009
Go Rudy!! It sounds like American Jews are finally waking up to the disaster that is Obama and his ultra-left wing cohorts. What kind of an American president appoints a self-proclaimed communist to his government? How about the Mao lovers? He promised to keep Jerusalem united (for 24 hrs.) Runs around the world hugging dictators (Hugo Chavez) bowing before Muslim Kings (Saudi) and Japanese Emperors all while apologizing for American greatness. Then he turns around and brings KSM to NYC for a trial that will focus on the evils of the Bush Administration. What kind of nonesense is this?
33 | Jonathan Grant Silver Spring-Maryland, Wednesday Nov 25, 2009
Guiliani and the Republican Party, Glenn, and Rush have been stout friends of the Jews and Israel. The Dummiecrats have shown time and again, that they are fair weather friends. Liberalism is just another mental disorder.
