Rosner experience, learning, educating & extensive interest in the relationship between Israel & the United States has given him a very open minded view of both sides. His work is good. He spent time in Canada & the United States. I'm sure Rosner you have observed a difference between Canadian & American Jews on certain levels. In the end we are One People, One GOD, One Nation, One Faith.

I see that Obama is causious on how he handles or works with Israel, remember when he said that if someone would bomb his house and subject his family to hurt and harm, that he would fight back too!
After that statement, Israel waited for Hamas to send another scudd misel and they ,Israel started bombing and didn't stop on that word from Obama, so he has to watch Israel and take it slow. We, Israel should not stop building in Gaza and we should not have bulldoze the Israeli people's homes and we should begain to rebuild in Gaza and all over Israel and the NEGAVe the land belongs to us.

comment on Tova-Toronto Canada, Fri, Mar 06,2009- It is getting to be more and more difficult to be one people, especially one Nation Under God in the U.S. with the administration that is promoting anything but. We, the people is the start of our Constitution, and this administration is staffing itself with elitists and social reformists that would like nothing more than have the U.S. fall in line with the E.U.. While their system works over there, the Constitution needs to remain our backbone, not international law, as this administration is pushing towards, the People be damned.

There is a division among Jewish people in the U.S. There are the Rosners' and there are those who understand what most Israelis understand...a strong Israeli Jewish State exists and must continue to exist regardless of world and Obama pressure. Rosner is a Haaretz person that for some reason maintains a column on the JP, a troubling fact. Haaretz does not represent me, nor does it represent other Diaspora in the U.S. There is no "Kumbaya peace". Israel must defend herself strongly and only in her interest. When the world kisses the EU, Israel must protect herself and not buckle.
