Israel refers to a country. Palestinian refers to a person..I have difficulty seeing the significance of comparing the numbers, if the comparables don't exist.

Palestine refers to what that land was called before the jews stole it the 1st time. Also what it was called before the jews stole it the second time. Palestine is also mentioned in the bible, Joel 3:4, for all you psycholoonies who think the bible is your deed to Palestine.
