Levant in Focus: What the IAEA report tells us about Bashar Assad Posted by Tony Badran

Last month, the IAEA issued a report on the events that took place on Syrian soil last year and in which Israel was accused of destroying a nuclear facility. Here is the leaked version of the IAEA report [PDF] on Syria courtesy of the ISIS site.
Construction started in 2001. That means that proceeding with a project for a clandestine nuclear site was among the very first acts Bashar undertook after coming to power. At the time, everyone was gushing over the silly mythology about Bashar as a "Western oriented reformer." Meanwhile, he was seemingly setting up a secret nuclear program, essentially continuing his father's policy. (For the history of Syria's nuclear ambitions, see here.) This was also around the time when tensions between the Bush Administration and North Korea over the latter's nuclear program were running high (here's a timeline of the North Koreans' program).

And what does the IAEI say about Israel? Nothing, because they've never been given the chance to examine Israel's reactor. Why? Because Israel refuses to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. This is how they get away with illegally supplying nuclear technology to Iran under the Shah, to South Africa's apartheid regime, to India and to G-d knows who else. No wonder the entire world outside Israel and America consider Israel to be the biggest obstacle to world peace.

What does the word tell us about the king of Syria? Daniel as well as several other prophets talk about him and none of it is good. If the Jews actually believed the words they claim to hold dear they would know what will happen.
